Itinerary Details
Day 1: Nairobi- Ol Pejeta
Take scenic drive northwards through lush tea and coffee estates. Situated between the foothills of Mount Kenya and Aberdare ranges is the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Kenya’s best kept conservation havens.
Explore this 90,000 acre of pure wild with an experienced driver/guide who will share his expert knowledge with you as you find yourself and the BIG Five and countless herds of rhinos.
Dinner and overnight
Day 2: Ol Pejeta
This is a beautiful private game reserve and home to rare species such as Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Leopard, Beisa Oryx, Rothschild’s giraffe, white and black rhino. Game drives here reveal the full range of African wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant and hippo. Enjoy a private visit with the tame animals at the wildlife orphanage. Observe chimps at the Chimpanzee Sanctuary as well. The only place in Kenya you will see the chimps known for rehabilitation of these widely abused chimpanzees
Dinner and overnight
Day 3: Ol Pejeta - Lake Nakuru national park
Early morning breakfast and leave for Lake Nakuru national park with en route stopover at Thomson Falls (Guest entry fees payable) arriving in time for lunch and check in at the booked Lodge. Afternoon game drive across the ornithological paradise often referred so due to its Great masses of Flamingos not forgetting the famous white and black rhino found in this park. During peak season over millions of flamingos and pelicans congregate on the lake. Serves as a great birding destination.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha
Early morning game viewing drive, after breakfast; proceed to Lake Naivasha which is part of the Rift Valley. The Lake is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. Explore Crescent Island. The private island sanctuary can be reached by boat or by driving across the narrow, swampy causeway from sanctuary farm.
It is one of the few places in Kenya where you can walk among giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, impalas and countless bird species. Giving you the complete out of Africa experience
Dinner and overnight at lodge
Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara
After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru for world famous Maasai mara arriving in time for lunch. Check in at the Lodge then lunch. Afternoon game drives through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant and Buffalo. This park holds the highest number of predators than any other park in the world. The big cat diaries of BBC have been filmed here. The sheer number of wildlife has made the park to be Africa safari destination for safari enthusiasts.
Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/camp
Day 6: Maasai Mara National Reserve
You’ll experience the magic of Masai Mara by taking morning and afternoon game drives for the full day exploration of the park. Wake up in pure bliss with spectacular views and capture stunning views of the Mara plains at day break. Embark on your early morning game drive to experience the world’s greatest wildlife spectacle. Lunch and another game drive in the late afternoon which promises its visitors a profusion of wildlife‚ prolific bird life and the unprecedented opportunity of catching up with all the members of the big five.
Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/camp
Day 7: Maasai Mara National Reserve
Today there will be a possibility to take a hot air balloon ride (optional at additional cost). Take to the skies for the ultimate Maasai Mara wildlife adventure, soaring in a hot air balloon over herds of game to the inner reaches of the Mara. You’ll ascend in the early morning, when winds are calmest. After your incredible flight, it’s time to come back down to ground for breakfast. As you sip champagne and dig into a splendid breakfast of sizzling bacon, eggs, sausage, home-made breads, fresh tropical fruit and steaming cups of Kenyan coffee or tea.
Alternatively, you will wake up in the morning for a game drive in the park. You will go back to the park for your breakfast and then go back for a mid-morning game drive. Come back to the lodge for your lunch and then later leave for the afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Maasai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi
Pre breakfast game drive, return to the lodge for late breakfast, and then leave the lodge and proceed to Nairobi with lunch en-route arriving in the afternoon.
