    Overview
    Tsavo West national park is a beautiful, rugged wilderness. It is one of the larger national parks covering a huge variety of landscape ranging from natural springs, swamps, rocky peaks to extinct cones. The legend of Tsavo portrayed in the film ‘The Ghost and the Darkness’ are the so called “man eaters” a name given to a pair of lions said to have attacked and killed many railway workers in the early 19th century. The park is famous for the Red Elephants, Oryx, and Gerenuk among other mammal’s species and bird life. Other notable features include Mzima Springs which is an oasis of green in the west of the park that produces an incredible 250 million liters of fresh water a day, Shetani Lava Flow and Ash cones, which is an example of recent volcanic eruption.

    After exploring this magnificent park you will proceed to Amboseli national park. It’s known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands.

    Day 1: Nairobi to Tsavo West,

    After breakfast, we pick you from your Nairobi city hotel. Our drive today takes us to Tsavo West National Park. The Park is a vast expansion of African savanna with a more diverse array of habitats which include open plains, semi desert scrub, woodland, Chyulu Hills and rock outcrops. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge before embarking on a memorable sunset game viewing drive through the park.
    Dinner and overnight

    Day 2: Full day Tsavo West,

    Depart with picnic breakfast and start your exploration of this park. Follow in the footsteps of some of Africa’s greatest explorers and endemic tribes during your scheduled safari tour activities. Cross the vast landscape on all weather roads that take you to some of the farthest reaches of the park where the animals roam amidst unspoiled territory. From the comfort and safety of your safari van, your guide shows you the park’s pure wildness and the many habitats that thrive with flora and fauna.
    Return to lodge for lunch.Afternoon at leisure
    Afternoon game drive and visit to the famous Mzima Springs where up to 227.3 million liters of cool crystal clear water flows out of the ground through porous volcanic rocks. The water is believed to originate from Chuyulu Hills, via an underground river.
    Dinner and overnight

    Day 3: Tsavo West to Amboseli,

    Our day starts with early breakfast. Check out and proceed to Amboseli National Park with game drive enroute, check in at your accommodation. Have lunch, Most of the park consist of a dry, ancient lake bed and fragile grassland with patches of acacia woodland, while in the southern area there is a number of small rocky volcanic hills. Around the swamps Ol Okenya, Ol Tukai and Enkongo Narok, the vegetation is lush with yellow barked acacias and phoenix palms.
    Embark on a sunset game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight

    Day 4: Amboseli to Nairobi,

    It is always a delight rising early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit. Take a pre-breakfast game drive and experience the thrill of an up close encounter with Africa's largest land mammals at Amboseli National Park, where Elephants are the star attraction set against the backdrop of the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to hotel for breakfast.
    Check out and depart for Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi late in the afternoon. We will drop you off to your hotel or we will take you to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport depending on your request.
